Control Union Sri Lanka came together on 17th April 2026 to celebrate the Sri Lankan New Year with an evening full of tradition, laughter, and togetherness at Ape Gama.
The celebration was a wonderful opportunity for colleagues to step away from their daily routines and enjoy the true spirit of Avurudu together. Dressed in beautiful traditional attire, everyone embraced the cultural essence of the occasion, bringing warmth and color to the event.
The evening was filled with exciting New Year games, cheerful moments, and plenty of friendly competition. From traditional village games to group activities that had everyone laughing and cheering each other on, the event created memories that will be cherished for a long time.
A Celebration Filled with Fun and Togetherness
As the sun went down, the celebrations continued with an after-party where colleagues relaxed, danced, enjoyed music, and simply spent quality time together. It was a joyful reminder that beyond work, it is the people and connections we build that make our workplace truly special.
