Lead Auditor – IMS
Join our team as a Lead Auditor – IMS (Integrated Management Systems) to drive compliance with ISO standards and strengthen management system performance. Lead with expertise, uphold certification excellence, and deliver high-quality audits through your strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform third-party audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements, client standards, and applicable ISO frameworks.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams throughout the audit process.
- Support the certification team in audit planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Manage audit timelines effectively, ensuring timely completion across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel extensively, both locally and internationally.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with involvement in ISO system certification activities.
- Lead Auditor qualifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Solid understanding of ISO standards, audit processes, and certification requirements.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English for both speaking and report writing.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
