Technical Reviewer (TC) - Textiles
Join our team as a Technical Reviewer (TC) – Textiles, where you’ll work on the Transaction Certificates in the Textiles Department. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, providing accurate and timely assessments. Grow your expertise in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination – Communicate with clients to ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and aligned with certification standards.
- Internal Collaboration – Work closely with Certifiers, Auditors, Assistant Certifiers, and the Finance team to ensure timely processing of TCs.
- Relationship Management – Maintain strong and professional communication with clients to build long-term trust.
- Documentation & Traceability – Ensure all files are correctly maintained and traceable (digitally).
- System Updates – Keep all internal systems and documentation updated and audit-ready.
- Industry Awareness – Stay updated with regulations, changes, and trends in the textile and certification industry.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of three passes at the GCE A/L Examination (excluding General English)
- A certificate, diploma, or ongoing studies in Apparel or Textile will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken
- Solid proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the textile or garment industry would be a great asset
