Lead Auditor – Social Compliance

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly competent professional to join our Social Compliance team as a Lead Auditor – Social Compliance based in Sri Lanka. This role requires a strong understanding of social compliance programs, local labor legislation, and practical experience in conducting and managing multiple social compliance audit programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct social compliance audits and verifications as per required protocols.
• Assess compliance with labor, safety, ethical, and legal requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely audit reports.
• Maintain professional representation during client engagements.
• Maintain APSCA approvals and relevant competencies.
• Coordinate with clients, factories, and internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement and technical development within Social Compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• APSCA Registered Auditor status – CSCA in Good Standing
• SLCP Approved Verifier status (Preferably with verifier score over 4)
• WRAP Lead Auditor Approval
• Successfully completed a recognized Social Compliance Lead Auditor Course
• Minimum secondary education qualification
• Proven experience in conducting social compliance audits in Sri Lanka
• Thorough knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and regulations
• Practical experience in handling multiple audit, certification, and verification programs
• Strong report writing and communication skills in English
• Ability to manage audit schedules independently and work under tight timelines
• Willingness to travel extensively within Sri Lanka
